  • Where do I manage my Subscription?

    If you want to upgrade, downgrade, change a credit card or cancel your Subscription you'll need to make your way to the Subscription box located in the purple Account title tab. On the left of the screen in the first box is Subscription. This box shows your subscription level and its status. Click Upgrade to Upgrade your Subscription. Select Upgrade to add a new credit card to pay the fees when due. Select Fee Account > Change Account to change or Update a credit card, and to Cancel your Subscription. To downgrade your subscription, Cancel the current Subscription and then repurchase the level you want.

    So long as you have active loans and your account is active you must have a paying subscription. Our system charges Users in arrears for its annual subscriptions.

    I am still not able to find where to update my Credit Card information for yearly payment.

      We sent you an email showing you the 5 clicks you need to update your account. All subscription accounts can be updated in the Account Tab, under Subscriptions box on the left.
