When establishing a bank account at ZimpleMoney, you'll need the Account Number and your Bank or Credit Union's Routing Number.

We DO NOT accept debit card numbers as an alternative to a bank account number. You may need to contact your bank if you are finding it difficult to locate.

If you have incorrectly entered a debit card number, follow the steps below

1) Add a new account with the correct bank account number. Make a notation so you know it’s the new account.
2) Upload your bank statement and D/L to the new account.
3) Using the Upload tab on the new account assign it Globally to all contracts.
4) Delete/Remove the old account

We are notified when you have completed the validation documents, there is no need to call or email us. Once approved, you will receive a confirming email.
