When a new member user starts a Basic Loan Tracker contract, the Member can manage a single loan for up to six month at no charge. After the first six months, or after you add a second loan, our minimum fee is $36 per year to add up to five Basic Loan Tracker contracts. We think $36 a year is very affordable for most users. Hosting user loan contract, building and maintaining software, ensuring up time and security all costs us and we need our member users to contribute toward our costs to keep the site available.
